The Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick project was a high end law firm upfit. It covered nearly two entire floors in the Bank of America Plaza Building located in uptown Charlotte. It was a complete demolition and new upfit that included a monumental custom staircase, state of the art conferencing center, multiple private offices, a break room, and a gathering space with a country club design element to it. The clean edges and neutral colors create a modern, upscale environment for both their clients and the employees.
