Barringer completed this renovation to the twenty-ninth floor of the fully operational, high-security One Wells Fargo Center tower in Uptown Charlotte for repeat client Poyner Spruill.
SLEEK MEETS MODERN
The updated space showcases a sleek and clean feel that is met with custom detailed wood accents in the lobby, reception area and conference areas. In the updated kitchen and breakroom, exposed ceilings with modern floating cloud lighting highlight the space.
UNIQUE CUSTOM LIGHTING
The new space includes an impressive custom lighting package with over 400 feet of light coves and an intricate system that controls the light, window shades, televisions and audio video systems. Located in the lobby, recessed lights highlight three separate rock walls.
