The goal of this multi-floor renovation in uptown Charlotte, was to create a “workplace of the future,” and we did just that. The space was designed with multiple modern collaboration spaces, that also house large whiteboards, with the hope of creating an atmosphere in which no person has a particular office. The area was opened up to allow lots of natural light and great views of the surrounding uptown area. The project was completed in a fully occupied space and consisted of a full demolition, as well as the addition of open offices, training rooms, conference rooms and other collaborative areas. The project was completed in three phases: the fourtieth floor, the thirty-seventh floor and finally, the thirty-eighth floor.
