Octagon, a commercial office space designed by the Colorado branch of DLR Group, includes high quality modern finishes and a collaborative open-office layout. The unique lighting design, carpet layout, and plethora of custom millwork made the project challenging, but yielded beautiful results. Office partitions and glass fronts were part of the “DIRTT Level-3 Full Solutions” package, which required substantial coordination between owner supplied vendors and the general contractor. Ultimately, the client was blown away by the level of quality and service provided by Barringer Construction throughout the entire planning and construction process. The project finished three weeks ahead of schedule and under budget, allowing us to focus on the clients needs as they migrated into the space.
