Barringer worked in partnership with Phillips Architecture to complete this 60,000 square foot, multi-floor build out for G1 Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and delivery of innovative therapies that improve the lives of those affected by cancer. Scope of this project consisted of new office space and BSL-2 laboratory space in addition to a new generator, and rooftop HVAC equipment.

Located on the first, second, and third floors of The Frontier 700 Building , a unique three-floor stair was installed to open the space up and promote internal collaboration. All work was completed parallel to the core and shell renovations, requiring open communication and collaboration with multiple external parties.

Our team was brought on in the conceptual phase of design in a true partnership approach to help guide and inform critical decisions early in the process.
