Charter Communications Data And Call Centers

Barringer and members of our mission critical team have completed multiple projects for Charter Communications, totaling $91 million in value. This experience includes interior upfits and renovations, in addition to an $85 million data center with a previous employer.

PROJECT ZEBRA DATA CENTER
The Project Zebra data center was completed with a previous employer. The scope included a ground-up data center consisting of 25,000 square feet of white space, four 2.5 MW
generators, the installation of a main utility substation, and a false exterior to match the existing campus facade. The project required 451 micropiles and 180,000 square yards of structural fill.

CONFIDENTIAL CALL CENTER
Most recently, we completed a LEED Silver call center consisting of the complete demolition and interior renovation of an existing office and warehouse space. The project included all
new offices, multiple labs and training rooms, a large break room, and a game area with open ceilings throughout the space. Infrastructure upgrades were also completed including the installation of a new generator and UPS system. Strong communication between the client and Barringer ensured the project was completed with ease and efficiency.
