Barringer recently completed this 32,000 square foot demolition and rebuild for a technology client in Raleigh. Designed to help attract and retain top talent, this revitalized space boasts expansive collaboration and meeting spaces, private offices, and a large, open break area. The open-concept layout allows for increased fluidity and functionality within the space. An industrial, chic design ties everything together with modern features including glass walls, concrete flooring, floating shelves and contemporary light fixtures.
