We provided full preconstruction and construction management services for two Class A office buildouts at the new 751 Corporate Center Building in Raleigh, NC. Work encompassed the entire 2nd floor and partial space on the 1st floor of the building and included an elevator lobby, reception area, café, multiple training and conference rooms, a high-end board room, executive restrooms, perimeter offices and high-density office space. DIRTT demountable partitions, high-density workstations, high- end casework and detailed large format tile were installed throughout the space, as well as two generators and associated masonry enclosure adjacent to the building to provide power backup for critical systems.
