Barringer completed this first-generation interior up on the 10th floor of the Advance Auto Parts Tower in Midtown Raleigh. The 22,000 SF space includes a mix of private offices and open work spaces, conference rooms, open collaboration and innovation areas, as well as a new cafe/break room with indoor and covered outdoor seating. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout allow for an abundance of natural light and were a driving factor behind the design of the space.

To play into the space’s open and airy design concept, all of the executive offices and conference rooms throughout the space feature MAARS double glassed wall systems which deliver optimal transparency while maintaining acoustic privacy. This element was selected as a result of Value Engineering initiatives done by our preconstruction team to meet the owner’s vision while staying within budget.
