CORPORATE INTERIORS
Located in South Park, this 2nd generation interior upfit for Windermere Insurance Group spans nearly 10,000 square feet and was completed in May of 2023. The class A office space includes a new, high-end cafe, conference rooms, modern reception space, collaboration rooms and individual glass-front offices for all staff.
COORDINATION OF UNIQUE FEATURES
One of the major focal points in the space is a 260+ gallon fish tank in the cafe area. Surrounded by custom mill working designed to look like one continuous piece, the unit also boasts operable doors and ample storage for the tank’s equipment.
The design and installation of this piece required extensive coordination with both the millworker and plumbing team to achieve the design aesthetic desired by the client while also ensuring the functionality of the tank with the water line, drains and backflow preventer being located as needed.
