After being in their existing Hearst Tower space for over seven years, Mayer Brown decided to bring the original project teams back for a 45,000 SQ FT face lift. The project included subdividing 9,800 SQ FT for a sub-lease and complete renovation of the existing finishes including the restoration of the cherry panelling, new fabric wall coverings, and marble surfaces. The project team performed the entire scope after hours without a single disturbance to the law firm, neighboring tenants, and zero incidents. The second half of the renovation included the reception/waiting area and creating a collaborative café space. Both the carpet and paint were also updated throughout the main spaces.
