UNIQUE, HIGH-END AMENITIES

The winding pewter-topped bar at La Belle frames the unique large-scale french mirrors and lights, setting the stage for rotisserie ovens imported from France. Throughout the main dining area heavy antiqued woodwork is complemented by comfortable leather banquette seating. Glass-walled private dining spaces offer a private experience with views into the open kitchen. Inspiration for the space came from Chris Frye and wife Carrie Frye’s trip to Paris to emerse themselves in the French dining experience.

SAVINGS THROUGH VALUE ENGINEERING

Our value engineering exercises on this project uncovered 40 different options for savings through usage of alternate but comparable materials. In total, accepted value engineering options saved the client $96,000.
