Completed in late 2019, Open Studio is a comprehensive project involving the complete demolition and full renovation of an 8,900 SF, street-level space within the Red Hat tower in downtown Raleigh. Our teamwas tasked with transforming the existing layout, which was formerly a restaurant, into a Class A office space. The project features open office areas, meeting spaces, and private offices with Raco glass wall system fronts, as well as custom casework for the large breakroom. New finishes were installed throughout, including polished concrete floors, new tile, carpet tile, and wall coverings. The renovation also included new electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and restrooms.
