Barringer provided full preconstruction and construction phase services for this multi-phased, 28,396 square foot, adaptive reuse build out for Willowtree, a mobile strategy and app development firm. Titled the new Golden Belt Campus, this new space is located in the Historic Mill No. 1 in Durham, NC, reflecting the companies longstanding presence as a part of the fabric of our community. Unique amenities include custom lighting, ‘neighborhood’ designed floorplans, an inviting mix of new and old flooring, and large employee congregation area with a wooden grand stair for seating.
