In 2021, Chicago-based financial services and technology firm Envestnet opened its doors as a marquee tenant in Tower Two at the new Bloc83 campus in downtown Raleigh. The 81,810 square foot, three-floor interior upfit serves as the company’s North Carolina headquarters.

The company’s new office is a replica of their Seattle headquarters and promotes collaboration amongst teams. The modern space includes a reception area with a moss feature wall, a “hub area” with a full kitchen facility and open teaming stations, private offices, conference rooms of varying sizes, collaboration spaces, and restrooms. The company now intends to replicate the Raleigh office model in other office locations across the country.

The Barringer team began work while the core and shell builder was constructing the building, an initiative that required extensive coordination and communication amongst project partners. Through good neighbor efforts, delays were mitigated to keep both projects on schedule and on budget.
