Barringer provided full preconstruction and construction management services for this three-story, 17,680 square foot upfit at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry’s office headquarters. Scope of the project included full demolition of the existing interior and the creation of a modernized open office space, complete with new training, conference and break rooms lined with glass front meeting spaces. Characteristics of the space include a walnut veneer operable wall, partially exposed ceiling and modern lighting and finishes throughout.
