Previously known as Direct Digital, this 17,000 SQ FT Interior up-fit of the 13th Floor in 615 S. College building included (13) private offices with glass fronts, open work stations, collaborative work areas, Photo/Video room with cyclorama wall, product library and mock-up areas, executive conference rooms, break room, common corridor construction. The most notable finishes are exposed concrete ceilings with suspended acoustical clouds, reclaimed wood ceilings, fabric panel ceilings. Site logistics were a challenge on this project with no loading dock and all materials must move through an active parking deck.
