The world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment
firm, CBRE is often at the forefront of emerging workplace trends and
strategies. The company recently introduced its ‘Workplace 360’ concept,
a newly unveiled approach to office design, which aims to promote
employee flexibility, mobility and productivity.

A NEW APPROACH TO WORKPLACE STRATEGY IN CHARLOTTE
In 2022, CBRE implemented this vision to its new office in Charlotte,
creating one of the first of its kind on the East Coast. Seeking a new,
vibrant workplace, the firm relocated out of uptown Charlotte and into
the Vantage East tower in the booming South End neighborhood. It’s new,
Class A office space on the tower’s second floor provides over 24,000 SF
of high-end interiors focused on choice and flexibility.
The new space contains a mix of open workspaces, huddle/focus/
conference rooms, a breakroom and executive board rooms. Amenities
including a wellness/relaxation room and outdoor terrace encourage
employee’s well-being and round out the company’s holistic approach to
the workplace. The space also features CBRE’s “galaxy” experience room,
which provides clients a 180-degree view of potential real estate options.
