PORTFOLIO

A full renovation of the American City Business Journal office in Uptown Charlotte. This multi-phase project with critical dates updated 80,000 square feet of interiors into a modern, state of the art designed office space. This project took place while the space was fully occupied, done by working a partial floor at a time, with no interruptions to the employees and clients while work was being completed.  Due to swing space and occupancy requirements, the project consisted of a total of twelve phases. The bright accents and soft carpet and wall colors create an inviting, open environment for the employees to work.
