Interior up-fit of 7th Floor in 615 S. College building including (11) private offices with glass fronts, open work stations, collaborative work areas, CAVE virtual reality conference room, break room, and common corridor construction. Notable finishes are open ceilings with suspended acoustical clouds, polished concrete walkways, and break room island with waterfall countertop & reclaimed wood inlay. The construction schedule is 12 weeks. Site logistics is a significant challenge on this project with construction occurring on multiple floors sharing a small freight elevator. Also there is no loading dock and all materials must be transported through the active Westin parking deck.
