Through extensive value enhancement research, we identified several alternative materials that were most cost efficient without sacrificing quality and design intent. By keeping an open dialog with the client and designers, these changes saved the client over $780,000.

Sophisticated comfort in a scenic setting

This stunning clubhouse features intricate stone and tile details, rich wooden floors, and distinctive chandeliers, creating an inviting atmosphere. The chic interior seamlessly blends modern living with relaxed lakefront charm. Exposed ceiling beams complement the custom stone fireplace as a striking focal point that creates warmth and character for the space.

Saving money through value engineering

Through extensive value enhancement research, the preconstruction team identified several alternative materials that were most cost efficient without sacrificing quality and design intent, including trim and millwork items, flooring, roof shingling and tile. In the end, these efforts saved the client over $780,000.

I would like to thank Barringer for getting the building ready for today, stopping work early, having such a positive attitude and everything you all do each day to make our plans a reality. The site looked great today.
