A bold workplace modernization in an active manufacturing environment

Looking to upgrade its Lexington facility to better support operational efficiency and employee experience, Schneider Electric undertook a strategic renovation of its corporate office and manufacturing facility. Design-forward interiors tailored for the modern workplace

Schneider Electric’s updated space features refreshed work zones, upgraded finishes, and an improved layout, and each element aligns with Schneider Electric’s evolving workplace vision. Intricate design details were integrated to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, creating a high-performance environment that supports collaboration, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Phased construction executed with precision to keep Schneider Electric fully operational throughout the project

Delivered within a fully occupied building, this renovation required elevated safety protocols and seamless coordination to ensure zero disruption to daily operations. The project was delivered in three carefully sequenced phases across multiple levels of the occupied facility. On the first floor, new power infrastructure was installed to support active manufacturing operations. The second floor saw a complete reimagining of office and common areas to align with Schneider Electric’s evolving workplace needs.

The project presented several technical challenges, including uneven slabs and height-sensitive zones. Crews successfully navigated complex concrete leveling requirements while adhering to strict height protocols, ensuring structural integrity, safety compliance, and uninterrupted functionality throughout the site.
