Barringer recently completed this adaptive reuse of a 1930’s era manufacturing building in the rapidly growing innovation hub of North End Charlotte. At completion the new transformative space will include retail, coworking units, brewery, and collaborative, multi-purpose community gathering area. Scope includes significant restorations, build-out of a lobby space with industrial architectural features, restrooms, and the addition of storefront windows, canopy, and architectural exterior metal paneling. Significant site work included a cast-in-place tiered retaining wall feature and 394 parking spaces.
