Barringer constructed an all new training center and warehouse, located on a 4.9 acre greenfield site, for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. The training center consists of a 12,734 SQ FT, one-story out of ground, structural steel building with a thirty-five foot high clearstory, 3”x6” T&G wood decking at exposed trusses and a standing seam metal roof.  The exterior facade consists of a 6-inch thick stacked stone, metal panels, and store front with cast stone water table.  The training center also includes an outdoor pavilion with a water fountain on a nine foot high retaining wall. The interior consists of a stone and wood detailed bar area, a classroom, a break room, and a training room (with pit). The warehouse is a 40,500 SQ FT, one-story out of the ground, structural steel building, with three loading dock bays. The exterior facade consists of brick veneer, metal panel and store front components.
