INSPECTIONS & FINAL OCCUPANCY
The last few weeks of a project are some of the most challenging times in delivery of a customer’s space. Successfully navigating the Mecklenburg County inspection system and positioning the owner for a smooth occupancy is where our team excels. As illustrated in our “Pass/Fail” scores with Mecklenburg County, we have a proven track record of inspector relationships and a fundamental understanding of how to manage final trade inspections as well as the owner’s 3rd party vendors.
Our site team takes a strategic approach to inspection sign-off and the inevitable last minute surprises that may be present at this critical stage of the project. It is our responsibility to shelter the owner from those challenges and work directly with the AHJ to minimize any risk associated with delivery of the Certificate of Occupancy. We pride ourselves on receiving the 2017 Code Hero award for our work in this arena.
