It isn't about
what we do;
it’s who we are.

Barringer was founded on a shared desire to revive a diminishing approach to construction services: one where handshakes still held great value, people were put first, and the act of building something was revered as a craft, not a commodity.

Carolina Reach

We deliver high-quality construction projects through a professional, fun, and caring environment.

From relationships first built between two Chrises and a Tim on Barringer Drive and dreams collectively imagined in a Charlotte basement to multiple offices and hundreds of iconic projects across the Carolinas, we have relentlessly pursued our vision, keeping it at the forefront of our business.

We are committed to do right by our…

Customer

Nine people in hard hats and safety vests participate in a groundbreaking ceremony with shovels on a construction site in front of a large building.

Community

A youth baseball team in uniforms poses outdoors with coaches, smiling and holding up index fingers; some are holding snacks and drinks.

Team

A man wearing a black hard hat and glasses lies on his stomach on a table, resting his chin in his hands, with his legs bent upward and crossed at the ankles.

We’re a fun-loving group of relationship enthusiasts who genuinely love what we do.

Joined together by the belief that construction should be just as much about the experience as it is the final product (and that alpacas make the best company mascots), we aim to provide more than a service – we create an experience that is meaningful, enjoyable, and, most importantly, a whole lot of fun.

The Story of Larry the Alpaca

We know what you’re thinking: an alpaca mascot for a construction company? In 2016, during a last-minute scramble for a company video, we hired an alpaca from the Lazy 5 Ranch and Larry quickly became our beloved mascot. Despite his passing in 2020, Larry’s legacy continues to symbolize our vibrant, fun, and close-knit culture.
