Re-energizing an outdated workspace to better fit employee needs

This upfit involved a complete interior demolition and rebuild to transform the existing space into a highly functional work environment. The project included the addition of glass office fronts, conference rooms, restrooms, and new locker rooms, providing enhanced amenities for the team.

Driving alignment between landlord and client

Throughout the project, our team helped act as the liaison between the landlord and client, effectively managing lease-related issues and facilitating negotiations. This helped ensure smooth communication between both parties, ultimately allowing the project to maintain momentum and be completed on schedule.
