A combination of open workspaces, glass-front offices and a new Muraflex demountable glass wall system in the conference rooms allow for both privacy and collaboration. The centrally located café kitchen area and employee gathering spaces contribute to the client’s vision of an open-concept workplace. Thoughtfully integrated design elements including cool-toned wood tambour paneling, lofty cloud ceilings, and intricate decorative wall coverings bring depth, texture, and sophistication.

Delivering quality through a design-build approach

This project was completed through a design-build partnership between Barringer, Gensler and DP World, cultivating a hands-on, holistic project approach. Project partners worked together closely to select elements including furniture and furnishings, finishes and materials, and branding and signage placement. This allowed several key design components to be incorporated into the construction design, resulting in streamlined execution and cost-effective solutions for the client.
