Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

A Superintendent leads the daily jobsite activities and coordinates subcontractor work in accordance with design, schedule and safety program. The Superintendent also plays a critical role in communicating with the client, project management, and the public/building occupants.

  • Own daily jobsite leadership and subcontractor coordination
  • Keep projects aligned with design, schedule, and safety goals
  • Serve as a key communicator with clients, project managers, and building occupants

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years as a Superintendent with a commercial GC
  • Strong ability to read plans, manage schedules, and solve problems on the fly
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, teams, the public — and making things happen

Physical Demands:

  • Physically able to navigate active construction environments (stairs, ladders, tools, varied conditions)

Work Environment:

  • Construction site based — indoors, outdoors, temperature swings, heights, machinery, and the occasional dusty day.
  • Early mornings + occasional nights/weekends as needed.
