The Ritz-Carlton Charlotte, a LEED-Gold certified luxury hotel, was originally built under the leadership of Chris Butlak. The five star property includes many amenities such as an elegant lobby Lounge, the BLT Steak Restaurant, full kitchens, a spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool. Since the 2009 opening of the Ritz Carlton, Barringer Construction has completed numerous projects for the property including the spa renovations, ADA compliance projects, and other various renovations. These renovations were completed while the hotel was occupied, with special care to ensure that the guests were not disturbed.
