Our team provided construction management services for this interior upfit of a complete shell space on the top floor of a newly constructed tower for Vontier, a global industrial technology company focused mainly on mobility and transportation. Located in Wade Office Park in Raleigh, NC, this 36,000 square foot space includes a board room, open reception area with custom desk, modern café and gathering area, and a mixture of private offices, cubicles, and collaborative workspaces.
Because this project began in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional scope was added to incorporate safety signage, as well as upgrade to automated faucets and soap dispensers throughout the office.
DESIGN WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH
The new Vontier headquarters features several unique design elements, including a sustainably harvested wood product used to create a feature wall in the boardroom and main reception area. But perhaps the most unique aspect was the installation of an accent wall that features drawings created by the Vontier employee’s children.
