Barringer is currently completing this interior upfit for JLL in the 525 N. Tryon Building in uptown Charlotte. This project was JLL’s test bed project to rollout a flexible seating office that relies on the heavy use of activity based work environments. Unlike the norm of other office spaces, the design features clusters of task seating broken up with casual conferencing spaces to avoid the ‘cube farm’ feel.
SPACE HIGHLIGHTS
Highlights of this area include full service beverage barista bar, smart lighting, a counter service Tech bar, and an exposed deck collaboration area featuring modular hex lighting and custom felt screen partitions.
