Industrious is a 27,000 SF premium co-working office space, blending hospitality and modern design for an unparalleled office experience. The scope of work included full demolition and renovation of the third floor at the Wells Fargo Capitol Center in Downtown Raleigh and includes various size private offices for individuals and teams, conference rooms, huddle rooms, phone rooms, a package room, event space, restrooms, and a break area.
VALUE ENGINEERING SUCCESS
Our team worked alongside the owner to develop an extensive 50+ item value engineering log that helped them get to their budget while not sacrificing quality, schedule, or design standards. One of these cost-saving items was a cutting-edge wireless lighting control system that allows for simpler usage by tenants.
