Exterior building modifications were completed during this project, including hardscapes, structural clading and exterior lighting upgrades. The new column covers that were added contain multi-color LED lighting and exterior column lighting, which can change colors and scenes for specialized events. The parking deck and building plaza were water proofed before the installation of the architectural stone pavers. This project occurred around an occupied office tower, hotel and city street with no disruptions to the surrounding areas.
