One of the city’s most popular event spaces, The Westin Charlotte enlisted us to complete a full demolition and renovation of its 700 guestrooms. Spanning over 277,000 square feet across 21 floors, the project took 10 months to complete.

WORKING WITH PRECISION

The Westin remained open througout the construction process. To accommodate this, we created a custom schedule that maximized occupancy during their peak season and ramped up construction activities during their slower months. We also implemented extensive safety measures to ensure guests experienced minimal disruptions.

GUEST ROOM OVERHAUL

Project scope included renovating 26 different room types across 21 floors with FF&E, accent wallcoverings, new paint and carpet. Full bathroom renovations were also completed and featured new back-lit mirrors, stone vanities, re-tiled floors, new glass sliding shower door systems and new plumbing. Barn doors were also added in the entryway of each bathroom. All 21 of the hotel’s suites received new swinging shower doors, full millwork window wraps, wet bars and artwork. And, both Presidential Suites underwent a full demolition and rebuild with a new layout.
