Triangle Business Journal on Tuesday unveiled the fourth batch of its 2018 class of 40 Under 40 Leadership Awards winners.

This year, TBJ is releasing the winners in groups of 10. Each grouping appears in alphabetical order in the accompanying slideshow. Past announcements were made over the last several business days and groups were selected in no particular order.

The 40 Under 40 awards recognize outstanding professionals under the age of 40 for their contributions to their organizations and to the community.

Six judges from the local business community and TBJ leaders pored over about 200 nominations to come up with the final list of 40 winners in the 2018 class.

This year’s class will be honored at an awards luncheon June 28 at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary. TBJ will profile the winners in a special section that will be published in its June 29 subscriber edition.

“These winners reflect the entrepreneurial spirit and the economic prowess of the diverse community in which we live and work,” says TBJ Publisher Jason Christie. “The Triangle is a better place because of the efforts of these honorees. I’m proud to know that the future of this area is in such good hands.”

As in years past, the winners are also invited and encouraged to give back to the local community by participating in TBJ’s 40 Under 40 Habitat build with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County.
