A full renovation of two floors within the 5/3 Center High-rise overlooking the Charlotte skyline. This multi-phased project that contained critical milestone dates updated just over 45,000 square feet of interiors to an open collaboration office concept. This new office design also included DIRTT private offices and conference areas, as well as a high-end video conference training room and other conference rooms through-out both floors. Lacquer panels with flush wood doors, partnered with hardwood floors lead you into the flagship customer interaction conference rooms.
